When We Relax We’re More In Control, But Not In The Way You Think

When We Relax We’re More In Control, But Not In The Way You Think

How would life look different if we looked at it through the lens of our soul?

When we sit in the seat of our soul, we get to relax because we feel held, connected, less alone. We’re being guided. We’re safe. That relaxation allows us to exhale and feel more in “control” because we profoundly trust that we are both guided and held.

The grasping for a ‘sense’ of control, comes out of fear. Comes out of being so far outside of our own home, our connection to who we truly are, our spirit, Source, however you like to name it, that we feel utterly alone in our existence.

This is a time of great remembrance. Of reconnecting to who we are in our essence. Of why we’re here. And what the point of these times are.

The Truth About Soulmates, Relationship Expectations & Disappointments & How Life Should Have Turn Out

The Truth About Soulmates, Relationship Expectations & Disappointments & How Life Should Have Turn Out

We’re told that life should have a certain trajectory. That we should get all of our ducks in a row and then we’ll live “happily ever after.” But life never came with a manual, nor is it a one size fits all.

If we never entered life believing that there was a way we should do it, maybe we wouldn’t have the same judgments, expectations and therefore disappointments that we have.

We misinterpret what relationships are about. What soulmates are. And what our life was/is meant to look like.

Sometimes there is grief in not having the vision of what we had hoped for. But life always has something to garner wisdom from. Though there may be growing pains in the process, there is always growth to be had.

In this episode I talk on the themes of soul mates, my marriage and divorce, and how where we find ourselves is most certainly not where we’d expected to be and yet, has anyone’s plan played out to true form? I rather doubt it.

So know that you’re not alone. You haven’t gone wrong. You’re just human, having all sorts of experiences. Some wonderful. Some painful. All human, no less.

How Faith Is Found Through People & How The Absence Of The Father Affects Our Relationship To Life/God

How Faith Is Found Through People & How The Absence Of The Father Affects Our Relationship To Life/God

Today’s episode is on how I’ve found faith through the kindness of people and their generosity of spirit. How in the toughest of times, faith is what pulls us through. How the grace of God, Universe, Source, Creator of all that is, whatever you want to call it, comes through people. And how building faith in one another again will change the world.

I also touch upon how the absence of a positive masculine influence in our childhood, can profoundly affect our relationship to life, God and feeling supported in life in general.

Getting Through These Tumultuous Times & Remembering Your Gifts

Getting Through These Tumultuous Times & Remembering Your Gifts

Things get worse before they get better. It’s the ‘si do’ of the octave, the fever before it breaks, the point you can’t take anymore before the pressure valve gets released.

We are growing more light and clearing out old houses and therefore the shadow comes up in full force. But where this is all leading us is good.

It’s free.
It’s full of love.
It’s home.

We will look back at this time and recognize it as a time of great alchemy, of transmutation and transformation.

It takes incredible stamina and resilience to keep going when sometimes it all feels pointless and hopeless. But we’re in it together even during the moments that feel lonely.

Where our true power lies though, is in our choices. I will ask the question again, will you choose the path of love or path of fear?

Will you carve out a new way to freedom even if it means clearing out all the old closets? Or will you stay on the familiar track that keeps running in circles; more drama, more hatred, more fear, war and division?

The future is up to us.

It will take great courage, incredible stamina and unprecedented resilience, but together we are the makers of the new world.

Let’s see how to move through it together, shall we?

The Courage To Be Vulnerable, Authentic & Human Even If You’re Not Understood

The Courage To Be Vulnerable, Authentic & Human Even If You’re Not Understood

It takes courage to be vulnerable, authentic and human in an ever increasingly artificial world. In a society that has told you not to be human. To not have feelings. To be fine all the time. To do as you’re told, draw within the lines, and all manner of silly things like “boys don’t cry.” We’ve been told a lie that we’ve grown habituated to.

So it can feel scary to go against the grain. To show bits of your humanity when people might not understand it because they don’t understand their own.

But courage comes with practice. With a profoundly intimate relationship with the deepest and darkest parts of yourself.

We must dig deep into the earth to plant a tree and it will only grow as high as its roots go low.

Living From Soul: The Path Back Home

Living From Soul: The Path Back Home

Living from soul is less about doing and more about being. It’s less about speaking and more about listening. And in order to listen, we must first be still and quiet.

In this episode I talk about the journey of firstly, getting to know who we are as a human, our personality, our ego, our triggers and wounds, fears and limiting beliefs, before we can zoom out and get to know who we truly are on a vaster, broader, soul level. It’s a zooming in to zoom out process.

We are shifting our very center of gravity. We are changing the lens with which we see life through. We are evolving, awakening and remembering our true nature and it’s hugely exciting.

I’m here to humbly show the way as best I know how. To help relieve us of our suffering and comfort our homesickness by way of walking you through the door of your own infinite, immortal home. You true, Soul Self.
