New Year offers a point of stillness to reflect on what has past, and set intentions for what is to come. It’s a wonderful opportunity to recognise that we are the makers of the world and the reality we experience within it. And now more than ever, it’s not just about our individual intention and focus but our shared collective intention and vision.

How can we choose love? To show ourselves more loving care? To show others the same? To choose to move from judgment and criticism, feeling unworthy or playing out the victim, to being more loving towards ourselves so that we come from a place of care, collaboration, harmony and unity.
